Returns
Policy
Please be aware that there may be an additional delay due to the customs policy of your country, but we ship all international orders with invoices to expedite the process. You will need to contact your customs office to check on the state of your package, this is not something we can do, nor can we provide an estimate of the delay involved.
There may also be a delay on
some international orders as we may need to manually verify them with you. We might ask for a copy of your photo ID or the scanned copy of the credit card you used. We will hold onto these copies for six (6) months from the transaction date, after which they will be destroyed. This helps us keep our customers transactions secure.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are
weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail
page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all
weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unopened itemswithin 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if
the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or
defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the
order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and
click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that
there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be
shipped to international destinations. For international orders, we recommend using USPS Express Mail or UPS / FedEx International Expedited as these both offer true tracking.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates
for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping
options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose,
shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Feel free to add your needed arrival date in the comments section when you check out and we can advise you on shipping methods.
Lost Packages
Please contact us if you have received a "shipped" notice from us and more than 7 business days have passed since its expected arrival. International Customers: Please be aware that packages may be held up in customs for up to 15 days or more. If a customs number was sent in your "shipped" email, contact your country's customs office directly.
PLEASE NOTE:
US: If more than 55 days have passed since your order was shipped, and you have not contacted us to report it missing, we are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund due to our insurance policies.
INTERNATIONAL: If more than 85 days have passed
since your order was shipped and you have not contacted us
to report it missing, we are unable to ship a replacement or issue a
refund due to our insurance policies.
