Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to request a copy of a photo ID for orders over $200 USD for all new customers. Please don't be offended; this is a security measure to make sure we can keep prices low (and stay in business). We won't hang onto the file or fax any longer than neccessary and will destroy it after we're done with it.
Return Policy
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to our error) within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, no problem. Just contact us within 30 days of the item's original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase. We will exchange the item, or we will refund you for your purchase, including return shipping, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase, provided you contact us within 30 days of the item's original shipping date (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card or an email gift certificate (store credit) for the merchandise only. Please note that opened music, software, video games cannot be returned for refund or store credit, nor can we accept returns of digital media (such as music files you paid to download). Remember to contact us first before you send anything back. We'll give you the address to send it back to once we hear from you. Don't just throw it in a box and ship it back to where it came from cause we'll get all confused.

Shipping Policies
Orders placed before 12pm Central time M-F (not including holidays) will normally be shipped within 1 to 3 days if all items are in stock (except items marked as "This item ships /arrives separately"). However, during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders can ship within 2-7 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site, but sometimes not. We'll contact you if a an item will be delayed in getting out to you.
If you are ordering something as a gift that you need for a particular day (like a birthday or holiday) please tell us this in the "Comments" section of the checkout page.
We may be able to work some magic here or there to get your order to you in time, or we will contact you and suggest a change in shipping method or something like that.
All shipping transit times quoted are business days, not calendar days. Please not that they are estimates and not guarentees, unless you are shipping via a guarenteed method like USPS / UPS / FedEx Overnight or Express.
For domestic orders, you can choose between UPS service levels, and these offer tracking and a certain amount of included insurance. If you need something by a certain day, and want the ability to track a package, please use UPS, FedEx or DHL.
If your Shipping address is a P.O. Box, we cannot deliver it via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, and your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.
USPS Priority is a more affordable "expediated" option. We do free Delivery Confirmation on all orders that use USPS Priority.
You also have the option to ship your order via USPS First Class Mail, a more affordable option. Keep in mind that the delivery days are estimates and may take longer depending on circumstances beyond our control.
For all methods: please consider purchasing separate insurance if you are afraid of losing your order in the mail (which DOES happen, despite our best efforts). The options available to be insured are shown when you choose the shipping method.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We offer UPS as well as USPS Global Prioriy, Global Express, Airmail Parcel Post. and International Economy (Surface) Letter / Parcel. While Economy is the most affordable, it is also the riskiest and SLOWEST (4-6 weeks) way of sending packages, as they might get lost in transit. It also tends to take quite a bit longer than the other methods depending on the country it is shipped to. UPS and USPS Express offer tracking. Choose the INSURED option for the shipping method you choose. *Highly recommended for large orders.*
Please note that we have had issues (slow delivery, lost packages) with the national post in these countries:
Italy
Spain
Mexico
Argentina
Brazil
We strongly suggest that you consider USPS Global Express (trackable, automatically insured up to $100), UPS, DHL, or FedEx (trackable, with varying insurance levels) when shipping to the above countries.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
Your best bets are either USPS Airmail Letter or Parcel post, or FedEx if you want tracking. UPS charges duties and customs fees to the recipient.
